“If they are price right, 30 to 45 days.”
4. What percentage of your listings actually sell?
“95%”
5. What is your list price to sell price?
“There is usually a difference of 10 to 15 percent.”
6. What is your marketing plan?
“My 18 point marketing plan mobilizes my listings to ensure a quick sale.”
7. How much is your commission?
“I’m always willing to negotiate.”
8. How long is the listing contract?
“The standard is six months.”
9. Do you have an assistant or other support staff?
“Yes, I have three assistants.”
10. What if I’m not satisfied?
“I have a written guarantee if you’re not pleased with my service.”
11. Can you provide me with three references?
“Yes”
12. What designations do you hold?
